At the regular gym now. Hoping to go boxing tonight.
Feel like after a weekend at my parents I need to be at the top of my game, but all this wedding stuff leads to stress, so I’m doing to try drinking. Works for other people.

Can’t believe how good my at home gel French job turned out.

It hasn’t been without bumps in the road over the past ten plus years, but I’ve been dedicated to living a healthier life ever since and now I want to help others too.
